By submitting this referral form, you agree to the following terms and conditions of The College Planning Center’s August Referral Program:

1. Eligibility

▪ The referral program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally permitted to participate.

▪ Referrers must be current or past clients, or verified contacts of The College Planning Center.

▪ Referrals must be submitted through the official August Referral Form provided by The College Planning Center.

2. Referral Bonus Details

▪ A $200 referral bonus will be awarded for each referred family that becomes a new, paying client of The College Planning Center on or before August 31, 2025.

▪ A paying client is defined as a referred family who signs a service agreement and submits full payment for any college planning services, package, or program.

▪ Referral bonuses will be distributed within 30 days of the referred family becoming a paying client.

3. Referral Limitations

▪ Only one referrer will be eligible for the referral bonus per new client family.

▪ Referrals must be new clients who have not previously contacted or engaged with The College Planning Center.

▪ Self-referrals or referring immediate family members within your household are not eligible for a referral bonus.

4. Consent and Privacy

▪ By submitting this form, you confirm that you have obtained the express permission of the referred family to share their contact information.

▪ All personal information will be handled with care in accordance with The College Planning Center’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

▪ You agree not to refer individuals to us without their prior knowledge and consent.

5. Program Period and Modification

▪ This referral promotion is valid only for referrals submitted and converted into paying clients between August 1 and August 31, 2025.

▪ The College Planning Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.

6. General Conditions

▪ Fraudulent or misleading submissions will result in disqualification from the program.

▪ Decisions made by The College Planning Center regarding eligibility, referral status, and bonus issuance are final and binding.
